REFUND POLICY

Suhner is committed to making your shopping experience easy. Our refund policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

All items requiring a refund must be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice. An item can be returned for a refund if:

  1. The item is received and proven to be damaged
  2. The item does not match the description at the time of purchase

Please ensure you have your receipt as proof of purchase and enclose this with your return. Please include a note specifying the reason for the return.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and unused and include all accessories and manuals.

Suhner will cover shipping expenses for any items returned that comply with the above.

If items are returned without their original packaging, are used, marked or further damaged, we will assess the item and offer a proportion of the refund based on the condition of the goods.

All returned items are carefully checked. The product is the customers responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please ensure it is packed securely and sturdily to avoid damage while in transit.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund is typically processed through a credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancelled orders that have been shipped must be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s expense.

Cancelled products must be returned in their original packaging, and not be used, marked or damaged.

Cancelled products remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

Suhner is not lawfully obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind but we are happy to do so if:

  1. The product is returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice
  2. The product is in its original packaging and is unopened and unused

Shipping costs will not be refunded by Suhner and the product remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our warehouse.

Products not received in their original condition or which are damaged are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Suhner products can be exchanged within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Please ensure you have your receipt as proof of purchase and enclose this with your return. All items returned for exchange must be in their original packaging and unused and include all accessories and manuals.

All shipping expenses for any items returned for exchange must be paid for by the customer.

If items are returned for exchange without their original packaging, are used, marked or damaged, we will assess the item and offer proportionate credit.

The product is the customers responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please ensure it is packed securely and sturdily to avoid damage while in transit.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent within 5 business days from receipt of the original item.
